This isn't great cinema, but it's vastly entertaining in an overblown, in-your-face sort of way.. Pain & Gain weighs about 700 pounds when it ought to weigh 2.. The whole thing is played for laughs that almost never come.. The combination of the words "Michael Bay" and "steroids" should be enough to give any moviegoer pause ....
